7. Warranty and Disclaimer

• Service Warranty: We provide a warranty for the custom software or web solutions delivered for a specified period after completion (typically 30 to 90 days) to ensure that they are free of defects and function as per the agreed specifications.
• Limitation of Liability: IXB Tech Pvt Ltd’s liability for any claim arising out of or related to the use of our services is limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the services in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
• No Guarantee: While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we do not guarantee any specific results or performance from the services provided, including SEO rankings, sales increases, or other business outcomes.
